Refund & Return Policy

At Patina Patination, we are dedicated to providing high-quality paintings that meet your artistic needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective painting, please contact our customer support team at patinapatination@gmail.com or call us at +91 9004106369 ( Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM. ) within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with the return process and provide either a replacement or a full refund.

Returns for Other Reasons:
If you are not completely satisfied with QUALITY of your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund for the product, applicable to products other than framed prints.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days. For payments made via cash on delivery, we will initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount using the provided bank details.

Important Note:
We don’t take returns of Framed prints(there is a huge chance of damage during reverse shipping). Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund for the product, applicable to products other than framed prints.

Due to the nature of our products, custom or personalized paintings cannot be returned unless they are defective. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues immediately.
